Smart lock connected to another account

I am trying to activate the Nuki Web in a smartlock that had it already activated. I already did perform a factory reset but nothing changed?

How to proceed in this case?

Unfortunately I have the same problem, I contacted nuki support but didn’t hear back!

I have exactly the same problem. Bought u used lock. Preowner did not remove the registration.
Can you tell me what to do now?
