Smart Lock action failed

For some reason the Smart Lock can’t be accessed by Nuki web, even though the lock is connected to wifi (checked in app and router). Locking, unlocking and synchronization are all bringing up the same popup.

What could be the issue here?

Either a problem during the setup or an unstable WIFI / Internet connection of the Smart Lock. You could try to remove the Smart Lock from Nuki Web and readd it through the Nuki App again.

I had to reconnect it to the web app. Thanks for that hint. Hopefully that doesn’t happen on a regular basis
