Smart Lock 4 pro

Hi there!
I just bought my Nuki Smart lock 4 pro and i’m experiencing many problems in the installation and configuration process.
I can’t enstablish a wi-fi connetion, even though signal is great, so i cannot install the latest firmaware. It is also not possible to reset the lock from the app because it tells me i’m not in the bluetooth range, eventhought the phone is just over the lock.
What am i suppose to do? Do i send the product back and ask for refund?
