Siri command not working

Hi,
after I installed the new Nuki lock in the place of the old faulty one, I used the HomeKit code so it is now part of my Homekit system and it works except when I use siri commands (lock /unlock door) where it replies: “Sorry there was a problem with the app”.
I checked the siri settings in the app and look fine.
Can you assist?

I removed from power the bridge for a few hours and the problem was fixed.

Turn on wifi and it will work :grimacing:
