Hey there, quick question to the Nuki Opener. I tried to install it yesterday but to no avail. The app instructed me to remove the cable from position 7 and attach it along with the yellow nuki cable in the supplied clamp. Unfortunately, there was no cable attached in position 7 which I could remove and plug in the clamp. The opener is not functioning at all. Can somebody please help me here?

same issue here. removed the cable from #7 and connected to the clamp along with the yellow one. the opener is showing not working.
