I can’t seem to get Nuki to open my door. It recognizes the ring and it also recognizes the opening button. But during the configuration it won’t open it. Nello worked all fine for me.
I also had 2 TaM cables in 2 seperate 2 TaM inputs which I tried in multiple configurations already.
Had the same issue with my BFSV 850-03
Updating the opener firmware from 1.3.x to 1.5.3 was the solution.

Yes, just contact the customer support! They will internally configure your Opener and it will work.
