Being a B2B customer (no vat) and being a Nuki subscriber (15% discount on accesories) the Nuki shop doesnt know how to calculate these properly.
There is no way to buy an accessory in the shop, without VAT and with 15% discount.
Please contact our support via the Nuki App (Menu > Help > Contact Customer Support) or via E-Mail for further assistance. This forum is focused on API & beta tester issues.
