Hi Guys, i don’t understand what’s happening and couldn’t find how to solve it anywhere else ? :confused:

Does someone has the same issue ? And how to fix it ? My battery pack is loading for more than 12h now ? :sob:

PROBLEM:
To set it up, i have to hold the button of the Power 3.0 for at least 5 seconds and it should blink continuously. Mine blink in red 10 times quite fast, turn off + and is not find by Bluetooth .

Thank you so much in advance for your help I don’t know what to do and quite upset now about Nuki …
