Hi everyone , i have nuki smart lock 3.0 since beginning of may. This morning i’ve press the button and the smart lock didn’t work. It starts again working only after a reset putting off the battery pack.
This really scares me,beacause i’ve bought this nuki to give acces to my home when i’m far from home without keys
If this happens when i’m far, with my cat inside?
I’m thinking to return my item to amazon
