Ring of Ritto 7630/x0 in Nuki opener only sometimes detected

Hey Guys, i installed the Nuki opener and connected the cable. The opener works everytime. So if i press the open button, the front door of our house is opened. But the ringtoopen function only works sometimes. In the protocol i can see, that the manual ring outside of our house is only recorded sometimes in the opener. The conventional door bell in our flat is ringing everytime.
So there must be a problem with the forwarding of the ring status to the opener.
Has anyone the same problem (and hopefully a solution too)?

Thank you in advance

Hi I’m having the same issue here. Did you already find a solution?

I installed at my mom’s appartment a Nuki Opner with a Ritto 7630/x0 two months ago. The requirement was to open the front door by ringing the bell during daytime. For the first month everything was working fine. Then, suddenly the opener didn’t show any reaction anymore ringing the bell, neither it shows that the bell has been rang in the log. Opening the dor via the app is still working fine, but unfortunately my mom forgets her phone half of the time at home. I tried resetting the opener and the bridge several times. There is no problem during the configuration process of the opener, the ring signal is always recongnized. Sometimes it is working fine for one or two days after the reinstallation, sometimes the ring to open function stops working immediately after the configuration process is finished. I also tried enabling the debug function, changing the opener delay to 1 or 3 seconds, changing the energy saver function, which are solutions I found in this forum. Nothing worked for me so far.

Is this a known problem? Is there anybody here who has a solution? Would maybe the Ritto 17646 be a solution for the opener to recognise the ring signal permanently? I would prefer to stay with the opener, but already ordered a Ring Intercom, whichone seems to work more reliably and also offers the ring to open functionality in combination with homeassistant.

Thank you in advance for any help.
