Resetting the Opener

By mistake I did delete the Opener from my account and now I want to include it again but I can’t get the opener into the setup mode. The LED blinks twice all 5 seconds and no permanent light indicating the setup mode.

How can I (factory?) reset the Opener?

Answering my ticket that I did create 4 days ago would be nice though.

Check the ‘Help-Area’ in your app, the devices can be reset there.
