Request to API from POSTMAN works fine, but the script which was running few months now ends in timeout

Good morning, please help. We have website, controling the lock already few months but there are some issues since yesterday API requests has timeouts. When i trigger the request via Postman it works fine. Seems like our server is blocked, but i have no idea why, and how to unblock it.

Please help.

That would not explain, why it works from other servers and Postman app with same credentials. Other server works fine with the script. Is there a way how to find out if my server is blacklisted?

Please help. We trigger the request from www.mygym247.cz / 46.28.106.217. Please give me a hint what can be wrong… Other servers with same curl version runs ok.

Please could you check for me why we are blocked at nuki server? Please help. We trigger the request from www.mygym247.cz / 46.28.106.217. Please give me a hint what can be wrong… Other servers with same curl version runs ok.

does not matter if i raise the timeout more that 5 secs. Its actually not even response. I got no response due to the timeout.

Thanks for your patience. I needed some assistance with looking into the logs to debug this matter.

We have no record of any API requests from the aforementioned IP address. This implies to us that the requests are not reaching our servers. I can only recommend looking further into your side of this matter and seeing if there is anything preventing the requests from being executed.

Good morning. Hosting company confirmed, that all requests are leaving their side, but not arriving to your, due to the firewall. And of course you dont see any, as firewall is most probably blocking it and its not going thru, i spend about day doing all possible test from my side and everything points that our IP is blocked by your firewall or other security system.

Hi Jakub,

We log requests as well which are blocked for various reasons. Your aforementioned IP address is not logged, therefore the request is not arriving at our end.

Can you provide us with the IP address that you are resolving for api.nuki.io please? Perhaps your request is going to an incorrect server.
