Remote Issues Version 4.3.11

Hello i am New to NUKI :slight_smile:

i bought an Pro Gen 4 everything worekd fine for bluetooth. i enabeld WIFI and i noticed that i am not able to remote open or close my door.

what did i test:

  • hard reset (batery out)
  • Last Firmware version 4.3.11
  • last App Software (as i got my Nuki 2 Days ago)
  • Disable Wifi and Enable it
  • reconnect to WIFI
  • disable Log (there was an issue previoously i found here and testet it)
  • Contact Support - but they only told me to test what i have alredy tested …

now I checked everything again an also removed the APP. Which was an stupid Idea as now i cant add my NUKI back to the app as i cant Pair it whit Bluetooth (only geting a red dot when i hold for up to 5 sec.) . i tried to remove the Battery and hold the button and instert battery again didnt work.

so i have two questions :

  1. how do i get my NUKI back to wokr with my APP
  2. how can i fix the issue with the remote lock/unlock

Try to make another hard reset with battery out and go out of range from Bluetooth or disable it.

Works it directly after that procedure?

Thank you i managed to reset it already.

So i just have the issue that i cant control it remote. I am using a 2,4gHz Wifi also it is connected i check my router but the connection is dropping. I noticed if i remove the battery it works for a couple of min but then stops….

Reset to default of the NUKI, check Mash Setup if you have a Repeater or use another WIFI Channel would be my next steps.

But if the NUKI works directly after the Hard Reset I’d search for the problem on this side… at my installation was the log with the door sensor the problem or the NUKI web access…

This is an software issue. They say they’ll fix it with a new OS upgrade 4.4.1 but they said that a month ago a still there is problems.
The problem is the connection between the bridge and the lock.

Yeah i am also waiting for support to get back to me as i said them i have tested all that stuff. I asumed it was an SW issue i alos created a new WIFI to tripple check :joy: but still the same issue.

@Stefan_E Did the 4.1.1 Beta at least work for you? I have no problem installing a beta if it works but or if i need to wait 2-3 weeks for the fix also good but i want Information when it will be available.

I choose Nuki not because they are the cheapest i thought the Hardware is the best. If i do not get soon a response i will send it back and get an aqara…

You disabled pairing of new devices via button press. In this case you can invite yourself from another phone that is still paired or you have to factory reset the lock through the Nuki Apps help section.
