Problem opener with bticino 334802

HI. I need help with nuki opener and its connection to a bticino 334802 (8 wires)

First, i don´t know if it is compatible

Second, these are the connections- I think that ports 5 and 6 are bus connections

In 5: brown wire with black wire from the opener
In 6: orange and green from the opener
In the clip: red and yellow wires from opener, and brown-white wire (from original connection nº6)

I can see and hear but the door does not open.

If I press de open button in bticino with Nuki connected, I can open the door. WIthout Nuki connected, does nothing. So I think i have de wires correct connected

Sí, siguiendo las instrucciones de otro interfono que sí sale en la app, el 334202 (se usan los 7 cables)
