Opener with Ritto 17132

Cannot install opener based on instructions. It says „ The installation of your intercom system
does not comply with the standard“

Checked all connections several times and tested. It is always ringing in the intercom.

Any advice is welcome :pray:

I‘ve got the exact same problem.
All functions of the intercom itself work but I cannot get the opener to accept the settings.

Is there a solution?
