Hi, I can’t install the opener at home. There is a digital intercom from the Fermax brand, model 03421. I have tried to make the connection according to the Nuki guide, selecting the general bus. I have tried changing the + bus to the - bus, as indicated in the app, but it gives an error. How can I solve it? Thank you very much.
