Opener stucks in Maintenance Mode

Hi,
My Opener stucks in Mainzenance Mode.
I tried to setup a new mobile device, pressed 10seconds the button - Opener LED blinks all the time.

Nothing helps: when I click to reboot over the android app, or try to press the button…

Any idea?

I have the exact same problem… did you get it resolved somehow?

Try to take off the battery cap. Maybe the button of the Opener is permanently pressed. For further support please contact our support via the Nuki App (Menu > Help > Contact Customer Support).

Have you found a solution? Taking the batteries out does not help at all

When device stuck in maintenance and LED blinking…:

  1. Open APP on phone
  2. HELP
  3. Factory Reset
  4. Opener Factory Reset (in this case)
  5. Reset

And after reset you can put the dev in ADD mode with holding the button
