Hi. I tried to install the Opener on my VDS Fermax 3311 with a Fermax 3314 conector and the app said that was not able to do it (the problem wasn’t the Bluetooth conection, the problem was that cannot interact with the the cables on it).
I send some pictures of the installation without the cables of the Opener, I hope that someone can help me

I solved the problem, but I can only use the Ring to Open feature…
How you connect the cables? I have the same issue
