Opener on HTA 811 Siedle not working properly

Hi there,

I read similar things in different posts, but didn’t really get a solution.

My issues is as follows: I own a HTA 811 Siedle - i wired it up, as recommended in the setup instructions. Now I’m facing two issues:

  1. 1-4 times per minute I’m gettinvg a log file entry, stating that a a unknow person rang the door.
  2. the other issue: RTO only works, when started manually - in conjunction with smart unlock RTO is doing nothing.

Anyone else, who has the same challenges and already has a solution to that?
