Opener not working wit TCS ISW3030

"Hi,
I got a new intercom system and it’s not showing up in the Nuki app, and I don’t know how to wire it.
The system is a TCS ISW3030.
All attempts to wire it have failed.
Maybe one of you can help me out.

Ich habe eine neue Gegensprechanlage bekommen und diese ist nicht in der nuki app und ich weiß nicht wie diese zu verkabeln ist.
Die Anlage ist eine TCS ISW3030.
Alle Versuche diese zu verkabeln sind gescheitert.
Vielleich kann mir ja wer von euch weiterhelfen.

I also received a new one last week, same model. i wired it up as indicated by the app for a “Generic” → “koch” device. but when i go through the setup the app doesnt recognize that i pressed the door opener button on the intercom and i cannot continue with the setup.
