I have a Nuki Opener on our Siedle intercom and could use some help.
My setup
- In-home station: Siedle BTS 850-02
- Power supply box in the basement: Siedle BNG 650-0
- Multi-party building, so the system is shared with the neighbours
- I set the Opener 060.119 Version up as “Generic Bus >> Siedle Beta”
- Opener firmware: latest version
I set it up in April and everything worked without any issues until recently.
The problem
Now, whenever I use the Opener to open the door, the entire intercom system goes dead, not just mine, the whole thing. After that, nobody’s station works.
The only way to fix it is to pull my in-home station off its wall mount and plug it back on. Then everything works normally again until the next time I open the door via the Opener.
I haven’t changed anything myself: no new wiring, no reconfiguration.
My questions
- What could be causing this?
- Is there a setting I can change so that opening the door doesn’t take the whole system down?
