I am fairly new to the community and I just moved to a new flat with a bticino 344522 installed. Compatiblity check (when searching vor V12E) is ok, however the installation guide in app does not provide information how to wire correctly.
I bought the opener and was perfectly able to install it. You have to use the 2 wires from ‘bus’ slot, and if you mix up + and - it is no problem, as the nuki app will notice this and suggest another implementation (the reverse)
Works like a charm for me (I just followed the steps suggested in the app)
I was unable in any way to install the Opener on the intercom. If anyone could and would be kind enough to send a picture of how he set up the cables, I would appreciate it.
Hi,
while looking for instructions on how to install it, I came across this thread here. I have now managed to install the opener so that everything works except the ring suppression.
I configured the opener according to the instructions at https://nuki.io/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/How-to-guide-Nuki-Opener_DE.pdf (BUS systems) for my bticino 344522. In the app I selected Generic–>BUS (Bticino) as the intercom system during the installation. With this, the notifications when someone rings, ring-to-open, open via app and also the opener sounds work. Only the ring suppression does not work.
So first of all thank you community for the help.
I was able to get the simplified setup up and running for the time being.
I was able to push up the intercom and separate it from the metal bracket.
Then I had to remove a plastic cover that protects the contacts. Then you can simply pull out the clamps, they are only plugged into the intercom and you can then simply work with the (short) cables.
This is how the intercom looks like, after unplugging the clamps attached with wires:
Then I simply connected the wires according to the simple setup, without orange. So red and black only.
They also actually fitted with the existing wiring coloring.
Note during the setup process, you must ring the bell, etc.
I always had some odd Bluetooth connection issue (despite being next to it and connected)
The solution was to go outside and do everything over LTE (+ swearing about Vodafone about bad LTE coverage in Germany…) - but of course this works only if you have the bridge / pro and everything is connected already.
I try the advanced setup tomorrow, if I find a solution I’ll post / update. But I guess as other have failed, I’ll probably too. So there is no ring suppression atm.
