I noticed with the latest iOS beta apps that remote access doesn’t work anymore, and this is also the case on the standard release channel. To answer the question: yes, specific users are allowed to have remote access, bridge is connected AND connection via Wifi/LTE to bridge and SL is indicated green.
I am not speaking about “opening” only, but I even can’t see the door status anymore.
When I access the bridge directly from my Wifi via the the bridge API, I still see the status and can lock/unlock the door, so I doubt that this is a local issue. Anyone having similar issues or is the remote connection still working normally?

Same issue, i have someone standing in front of my door and i’m not able to send a new code, old code expired, and i’m not able to open remotely… is this normal? Shame on nuki!
