Hello,
I just received Nuki Opener. I have Bticino 344282, and I have tried the setup Maurice shown. But while configuring, I am unable to open the door with nuki app. Since that point, everything is working fine.
The only feature I need currently is to open the door with Nuki opener.
Is there any specific configuration process how to achieve this ?

I have tried both Vincent Tissot as well as Maurice montages and none of them worked for me …

Do not put two cables on the green connection.
In my case, one of them had no contact. Use another clamp here and only go there with one cable
And then use the Beta Generic to set up for BTicino.

It works with the setting when setting up “Generic” Bticino.
You then simply set the permanent mode in the menu under Settings.
After fightining and struggling so hard to make the opener work, it did finally work but it’s not even close to be reliable.
It’s only working time to time. Sometimes I would ring and the door would open and very most of the time I have to ring up to 5 times to make it work.
And of course I never get any notification if someone is ringing.
SO for those who are interested and struggling like me with the Opener with this intercom model, I have installed the Ring Intercom from Ring alarm company and it works just perfectly fine.
Not only it opens the door 100% of the times, but as well you get notified and you can even speak through your intercome directly from your phone and depending on who is there you can open the door from your app. It’s juste 10000% better than the Opener

Hi @Lukas . I was searching the Internet for this “BiNuki” Interface, but was not able to find it. The link provided show that this device is “no more” available. Do you may be have some link to share, where I can buy this BITICINO-NUKI Gateway ?
