Nuki Web showing outdated authorizations, Error 500 on DELETE

I have run into a rather strange state, with Nuki Web and the Web API reporting authorizations that are not actually registered in the locks (not showing in the iOS Nuki App). After syncing the locks, the authorizations are still showing in Nuki Web. Trying to manually delete them via a Web API call results in an Error 500:

Is this a known issue? Otherwise I could provide some IDs that may help identify/troubleshoot it.

Issue seems to be fixed. When I checked today, the stale authorization was gone and I could delete the user. Thanks!
