Nuki Web planned maintenance announcements

This is a post to notify you about the planned maintenance of our Nuki Web services.

On Tuesday, January 30, at 10am CET, there will be a scheduled down time of our Web services to upgrade our infrastructure. You may experience a service disruption of Nuki Web and the Nuki Web API for a period of about 90 minutes or less within the 3-hour maintenance window (10am - 1pm).

All operations performed from Nuki Web or via the Nuki Web API will resume immediately after the service disruption window. These include:

  • Locking or unlocking doors remotely
  • Activity logs
  • Push notifications
  • Automated code generation for Short Rental integrations
  • Accessing Smart Home integrations (Alexa, Google Home, IFTTT & more)

For Box users: Nuki Boxes will be offline during the service disruption window. This will not affect the locking actions on your front door via Bluetooth during this maintenance window.

Local locking actions (locking or unlocking doors via Bluetooth) and remote actions via the Nuki App will not be affected by this upgrade. The codes for short rental integrations will be generated as usual after the maintenance window.

More and more people switch to smart door locks, making their everyday life easier and more comfortable. To prepare for the growing number of locking actions, we are taking action to equip our infrastructure for the future.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you.

NEW POST

This is a post to notify you about the planned maintenance of our Nuki Web services.

On Tuesday, February 20, at 10 am CET, there will be a scheduled down time of our Web services to upgrade our infrastructure. You may experience a service disruption of Nuki Web and the Nuki Web API for a period of about 90 minutes or less within the 8-hour maintenance window (10am - 6pm).

The codes for short rental integrations will still be generated as usual and sent automatically after the maintenance window. Local locking actions (locking or unlocking doors via Bluetooth) and remote actions via the Nuki App will not be affected by this upgrade.

More and more people switch to smart door locks, making their everyday life easier and more comfortable. To prepare for the growing number of locking actions, we are taking action to equip our infrastructure for the future. Performing this upgrade at daytime (10am - 6pm CET) ensures that the service disruption is kept as small as possible for you.

After the planned maintenance window, the activity logs in Nuki Web may take up to three days to be displayed correctly again until the upgrade is fully completed.

For Box users: Nuki Boxes will be offline during the service disruption window. This will not affect the locking actions on your front door via Bluetooth during this maintenance window.

Thank you for your understanding.
