Nuki Web Incoherent Activity Logs


My team has noticed that our Nuki Web activity log has been frozen on the 4th of July.
I can’t be sure if it’s been frozen since then or if it’s frozen on that date after the fact.
Regardless it’s quite bothersome to lose this feature because we can’t be sure of the activity of the locks, and therefore troubleshoot any issue our clients might have with entering the properties.

There seems to be a bug that has an impact on displaying activity logs in Nuki Web. Currently we are working on the fix.
