We have about 70 users on the Nuki Web and its not possible to add new rights to the users. Deleting the rights works within 1 Minute, but adding is not possible. The web shows the right, but on the lock nothing works. The curios thing is, that the locking/unlocking log works but the rights are not set. We have all the locks connected with the bridge.
Can anyone help us??
