Nuki web cannot login with google

I cannot login in nuki web with google I’ve this error.

“detailMessage”:“Failed to verify double submit cookie.”,“stackTrace”:[],“suppressedExceptions”:[]}

It worked perfect in the past, I’ve tried to register as regular account and I’ve first to remove my devices from the google account :sweat_smile:

Same thing with me, did you find a solution.

Open from desktop and add a regular account to the google account

What does it means? If I go to desktop i receive sane error

I was probably so lucky on desktop and incognito mode

This is an issue that is not reproducible for us, hence I kindly request you to reach out to our customer support so that we can further investigate with more specific details. Unfortunately, the error message mentioned above is not sufficient to identify the issue.

Hello, would anybody be willing to provide us with more details to reproduce this issue?

We would need:

  • Device type
  • Browser & OS
  • Screenshot of the dev console, with the list of cookies sent (I can send a screenshot of this, if you reach out to me over DM)
