hello after activating Nuki Web I realize now that all notification of the door status is missing since the day
also adding or erasing users is impossible.
any idea why ?
After numerous attempts l realized an the before last version was active on the lock. Made adding and erasing users impossible by using Nuki web or the app.
For the developers , when updating the firmware and phone apps , please keep in mind that users can’t update their locks remotely and can create difficult situations for those that need to create digital keys remotely ( reason why I bought this lock)
