Nuki web activation fails

Samsung S7 android 8.0, Firefox 113.0
Nuki smart Lock Pro 3.0, firmware 3.6.9

I want to activate my nuki web.
at my smartphone with Nuki app
after filling my id (my mail address) and the password then i get an error message

the sole id and password i get is the the one i created when shoping the smart lock Pro 3.0 or the the ones for developer.nuki.io site.

what id and pwd i must use ?

The shop account can be different from the web account that you create and not necessarily the same.
