I tried to reset that the device in the new beta to factory reset but it didn’t work with the public version of the iOS app it did work

Can you describe the steps to reproduce the problem?
For example, how did you try to reset the Smart Lock? Was it via Settings > Manage Smart Lock > Reset or via the Help section in the app menu?
Settings administration and factory reset but it only failed in beta version of the app
Hi Lukas, we tried to reproduce the problem, but the Smart Lock v1 reset works perfectly when we test it.
How often did you try it? Can you still reproduce the problem with the iOS beta app 2.2.0 (1216)?
