today I had my first big issue with the nuki ultra, as you can see in the photo my mechanism totally broke and i was outside the door. I had a key with me so no issue opening the door with a key, but I think this engineering issue should be addressed since it can happen to many other users.
My door has got something like 120 openings and closing actions everyday and the nuki ultra was only two week old.
Isn’t this mentioned in the FAQ on the Nuki website, with the remark that the „yellow things“ are there to safeguard the Nuki lock and replacements can be ordered for free?
