Nuki Ultra: Double-click for "Lock 'n' Go" not unlatching door (but App works perfectly)

I’m hoping someone here might have run into this issue with the Nuki Smart Lock Ultra. I am trying to use the physical button’s double-click feature to trigger “Lock ‘n’ Go,” but it refuses to unlatch the door.

To narrow down the issue, here is what I have already tested and verified:

  • The App Works: If I trigger “Lock ‘n’ Go” via the Nuki mobile app, it works perfectly and unlatches the door without any issues. The motor is definitely strong enough.
  • LED works: The LED ring lights up when I interact with it.
  • Door Fitting is Correct: I have verified in the settings that my door fitting is set to “Knob or bar” (not handle).
  • Button Mapping is Correct: The double-click action is explicitly assigned to “Lock ‘n’ Go” in the configuration settings.

Has anyone else experienced this specific disconnect between the physical button and the action from the app for “Lock ‘n’ Go”?
