NUKI Ulta with Apple Watch failed frequent to open door

Apple iOS: 18.6.1
Apple Watch: 11.6.1

Got 3 users with all Apple products. 2 of the sets are facing issues with open the door when arriving home. Most of the time we leave without the iPhone, only the iWatch to walk the dogs.

We got the NUKI Ultra just 2 weeks and on all 3 iWatches the App crashes frequently.

1. Press “Open door”, no question, and back to main screen
2. Press “Open door” multiple times, no question door sudden open. Then in home sudden iWatch shows do you want to open door.
3. Press “Open door”, nothing happens. Door bell is needed to open or key.
4. Press “Open door”, long delay before door opens.

Now the odd thing: Mine (owner/admin) setup faces less issues, most of the times only point 1. Some times seen issue 4.

The other two persons (invited, no restrictions) faces all 4 points.
My son always got his iPhone with him and faces same issues, that door not open even he uses his iPhone.

Fixed/checked any mechanical issues on the door.
Already reinstalled Nuki App on all devices.
Calibrated the lock a few times.
Already reset NUKI Ultra and finally did factory reset of the NUKI Ultra.
If it works, its a great device, but most of the time it fails for the other 2 users and its very frustrating .

Note: NUKI Ultra battery mode = Preformance Modus

According adv. It should work. So after a few weeks of trying and playing for door opener, finally found the best solution. Sent it back and got my money back. Lucky I had a 30 days trail from Coolblue.
