Nuki Smartlock Pro (4.) stopped allowing us to use the key to open the door

we installed our new Nuki Smartlock Pro (4. gen) on the front door of our apartment. It first worked to use the key as well to open the door from the outside. Then we continued using only the app and yesterday we teied again to use the key but it is no longer possible to use the key to open the door (after maybe 4 days of using the app only).

This is not very comfortable situation since we want to use also the key as an option to open the door. The lock is the type where you can also keep the key inside and still open the door from outside - which was proved since it worked at first also with Nuki already installed. We also trued to calibrate as well but it did nit help.

Out of my own experience: not all locks with a 2-sided-function are compatible with electronic doorlocks. This is because electronic doorlocks, over time, push the key on the inside a bit deeper into the lock which hinders the 2-sided-function. Nuki is a bit vague on this and one could get the impression that a Nuki doorlock works with all 2-sided-function locks. Some lock manufacturers, like M&C, specifically mention the brands of electronic doorlocks they are compatible with. I had to replace my 2-sided-function lock for a M&C Minos lock.
