Nuki SmartLock 3.0 not working

I’ve just installed my Nuki SmartLock 3.0 however I have a troubleshooting.

When I close my door with my app the locker is closing. The trouble is that it is still possible to turn the big round button in order to open the door. Which means that the door is not locked and the Nuki is useless.

How can I make it that the button can’t be turned manually ?

i am not sure if i got your point.

do you have a handle or a knob to open the door from the outside?

in either way: when nuki turns and locks the door from INSIDE of your home… then it is locked, yes. and of course you can turn the outer ring to open unlock / open the door from the INSIDE of your house.
