I have a problem with my Nuki Ultra. It’s not working properly, it makes quite a bit of noise, and when you turn it manually to open or close, it makes a rubbing sound. It gets stuck and doesn’t rotate sideways. I have the same issue when trying to open it from the outside with the key; I can’t open it because it stays locked.

On January 20th, I opened an incident with Nuki, and today, January 29th, they still haven’t bothered to contact me or provide a solution. Every time I try to enter with the key, I can’t do it. I have to spend 30 seconds trying to open it until the lock finally lets me. This is already a danger for me, as there will likely come a time when I won’t be able to open my front door. I can’t change the lock cylinder because I previously had a Nuki Smart Lock 3 Pro, which I sold to buy the Nuki Smart Lock Ultra.
It is outrageous that Nuki hasn’t provided me with a solution.
I want to mention that I have Nuki Guarantee Plus, and it doesn’t matter; THEY HAVEN’T GIVEN ME A SOLUTION AFTER 10 DAYS.
