I integrated the lock in HA with Matter went fine it seems fully integrated .
But when i activate unlock it immediately turns back to locked state without locking and after a short while it convinces the nuki app that it is locked even tho it is still unlocked. that is absolutely not ok. It is the same with zigbee and google home.
edit it works fine with the nuki app by itself except i can’t get it to auto lock
Just to get this right: You are not able to unlock the door by using the Matter integration but via Nuki App or button on the device it works. Correct?
Can you lock it via Matter, if you set it manually to unlocked before?
Do you have a knob/bar or handle on the outside of your door?
(i.e. do you use the unlock or “open door” command in the Nuki App to enter from the outside)

No i do not use “open door”

This video shows when i unlock in HA it goes back to locked state and the nuki app does not registre that it is unlocked . and when i unlock with the nuki app HA registre the unlock but goes right back in lock state and after a short while the nuki app nuki app also goes to lock state even tho it is still unlocked .
