Nuki Smart Lock Ultra - Activation Matter failed

Turn off all but one of your Thread border routers, reboot the remaining one and try again.

Make sure that your TBR and your Matter commissioner (iPhone) are in the same (WiFi) network. Your Internet router must support IPv6 and it must be enabled.

I’ve the exact same problem.
Restarted everything, decommissioned, also HomePod.

The problem is fixed now. It did affect only devices for which Matter was activated for the very first time. If you ran into it, please retry it. Sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
