Nuki Smart Hosting stopped API connection in foreign market

Dear Nuki Developers,

I have a Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 working in an Airbnb in Chile for one year now and it works fine and is connected with one of your external partners - Smoobu.
Automatically it sends the Nuki codes to the guests.

With this experience, I bought a second Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 but unfortunately shortly after the purchase and before connecting it with smoobu you released the Nuki Smart Hosting which prevents the API connection with external partners without purchasing the Nuki Smart Hosting.
I have no problem purchasing it, but unfortunately, you do not offer Nuki Smart Hosting in Chile.
So one Nuki uses the API connection in Chile and the other does not, so technically it is possible.
I inquired to Nuki Support about what I can do but so far no answer besides I need to be patient.

Do you have any recommendations on how to proceed?
