hope I won’t be stoned to death for this question: since the update to IOS 18, I get this error message in the Home app. The same is true for my Siegenia window handles. A new installation produced the same result. Did I miss anything and anyone else have the same error?

I have the same. iOS18 and Nuki 4.0 Pro via Matter. I have several Freedompro relais for shutters and lights, “coupled” via Matter with Apple Home and they do not show this “warning”. The Freedompro relais do not have an Apple HomeKit certification.

Same here.
And my Nuki does not allow remote access because Matter connection doesn‘t work with Apple Home since IOS18.
I thought the Notification Issues from Ios17.4 would be fixed with 18, but now the SL4Pro is absolutely useless in Apple Home

This is confirmed to work with iOS18/tvOS18 and there has been no change on Nuki side. Must be something specific do your system. Rebooting all HomePods/AppleTVs might help.

If i reboot all of my Apple devices Matter connects for 30-45 mins an then the nuki is disconnected again and again.
Same story every time.
Since OS17.4 my Nuki+Apple experience is horrible. Thats sad because the Nuki as standalone works perfectly (most of the time)
I try to find the issue in my System and hope that someday everything works fine as before os17.4

I have that issue since I’ve updated my homepods to Beta 18, my Iphone was still on 17.x
Issue still persists on homepod 18.1 and seems to affect all matter devices.

On my side, the matter devices (nuki and an eve motion sensor) dies for 1-2 days and then come back online for 1-2 days, sometimes they are longer offline.
I’ve reset and reconnected them multiple times
Lastly, I’ve connected the SL4Pro to the Nuki Bridge, issues still persist but at least it stays online remotely.
Not sure if the nuki itself is the root cause, or other devices or the homepods itself…
