Hello, hope I did not overlooked that issue already mentioned by someone else, but I couldn find it…
When opening the door via App (no matter if Auto-unlock or direct) the door opens, the latch (Falle) is pulled and the door opens. But then the latch does not go back into the proper position to hold the door when shut, i.e. that the latch is inbetween unlatch and release position.
So the door is not locked and will open with the next gust of wind. This happended several times now and I tried to modify the “Sperrweg” with several steps, but nothing worked. Same with changing doornob vs doorhandle. Any idea? Is it something with the door sensor which is not recognized correctly?
