Nuki server outage?

Hi,

It looks like there is a major outage on Nuki since a few hours.

My locks are failing to connect intermittently all at the same time.
We checked our internet connections and everything is ok.

The Nuki status page does not report anything.

Can someone from Nuki inform everyone on what’s happening and when it will be resolved ?

This is high priority because our guests are not able to get in the houses.

It looks like it’s back now. But I don’t know if everything is back to normal.

Support told me they resolved an issue today.

I am experiencing that now for many days. Sometimes I have to start the app 5 times…

As mentioned in the forum guidelines this forum is focused on developer and beta tester related topics. It is not a discussion board about opinions around Nuki products and also not a general customer support forum.

I checked the status every 15 minutes today and it was green the whole time (and still is with no info on historical events). Not very useful and probably completely static like most of status pages :slight_smile:
That’s why I decided to come here…
