Nuki Opener 'working', but signal is not unlocking doorstrike. Would a solid state relay solve it?

Is this the same problem as in this post? If so, are there steps I should take prior to requesting a replacement?

LT 603 R - open signal not strong enough

Nuki opener does not open the entrance door. Wiring seems to be correct. Ring signal is detected and open signal trigers some reaction at the door but it seems it is not strong enough. The typical “humming” sound appeard, but seams to be to low to trigger the doortrap. I measure aprox. 13V DC between ground (black) and opener calbe (blue). If I triger the door opener button of the Intercom it falls down to 0V. If I let the NUKI-Opener perform the opening signal, the Voltage drops to 9V. Is th…
