Nuki Opener with Ritto 4630/02 with Twinbus

Hello everyone, has anyone here been able to successfully install the opener with a Ritto 4630/02 Twinbus?
I’ve tried so many ways now, but I can’t even get through the installation in the app. When I am down at the door to ring the bell, the process already fails.

Does anyone have this installation and a photo of how they connected the opener?
I can’t return the set of opener with bridge as the 30 days at Tink are up.

This is a development forum, so you’re probably better off engaging the support team to help you.

That said, my Opener is working just fine with a Ritto 4630 here (setup is the exact one that the setup wizard guided me through).
