You know that you can program the TCS to switch on/off Automatic door release
Automatic door release*
If this function is activated, an incoming door call
directly triggers the door release. Shortly press the
function button. The red LED blinks. The door release
automatic is activated. Shortly press the function button
again. The red LED expires. The door release automatic
is deactivated.

These alternative settings can be adjusted by your
qualified electrician.

Original wiring

With NUKI Opener wiring

Guide

This is what worked for me.

Disconnect Black INTERCOM wire from BUS+ (in my case the top one black → a) from intercom and connect to NUKI CLAMP (2nd port)
Orange and Green NUKI wire connect to BUS+ of intercom → (a), where previously was Black INTERCOM wire
Red and yellow wire from Opener connect to NUKI CLAMP (1st port)
Black NUKI wire connect to BUS - intercom port, → b

In the app choose
Intercom → Generic
BUS → Koch
