ich hoffe ihr könnt mir weiterhelfen. Ich habe bei mir in der Wohnung ebenfalls eine Ritto6001 Anlage. Ich habe heute versucht
den Opener anzuschließen… jedoch ohne Erfolg.
Ich habe das blaue Nuki Kabel an Ö angeschlossen und Lilane und schwarze Nuki kabel an 14/a. Jedoch lässt sich die Eingangstor nicht öffnen bei der Einrichtung. Eigentlich sollte so die Tür ja schon öffnen oder ? Könnt ihr mir weiterhelfen ?

I hope you can help me. I also have a Ritto6001 system in my apartment. I tried to connect the opener today… but without success.
I connected the blue Nuki cable to Ö and the purple and black Nuki cables to 14/a. However, the entrance gate cannot be opened during setup. The door should actually open like this, right? Can you help me ?
