Nuki Opener Ring to open does not work correctly

Hi Guys,
a few weeks ago I bought a Nuki Opener for my Intercom Ritton 4630 and while the setup the ring to open function worked. But when i need the ring to open function now, it does not work. Sometimes I check the connection to my opener throughnuki app and I have connection via Bluetooth and via the Bridge. But when I press my bell it does not work or it works 30 to 40 seconds later when I´m already in my flat.

For me the Ring to open should work so:
I arrive in my geofence and after that the 20 Minutes counter for ring to open is activated. And when the bell is pressed the opener should open the Main Door. Even without a bluetooth connection or anything else.

Is it possible to let my opener work so?
