Some weeks ago I discovered a few opening logs by my username in the protocol but I could not remember that I opened the door at that times and dates. Today when I went downstairs to get my mail (inside the house) the door opener was activated. At first I thought some neighbour opened the door but later when I looked in the nuki protocol there was a log with my username for the time the door opened. Does someone else have experienced somthing like that?
So after a week nobody who has experienced the same?
Yesterday it opend 4 times by itself. For me this is a massive security issue but the support did not reach me after 1 week. I think I am going to demount it. What a horror to imagine if I had the Nuki Lock. Coming home in the night and your appartment door is open.
